Each locker must meet the following specifications: 1) 50 Soldiers can fit 3 duffle bags per locker, 2) 10 lockers for 48"W x 30"D x 104" OAH, 3) Each locker has 5 Lockers/Units, 4) 17"H/Metal Locker, full drop front panel, secure with Padlock, 5) 2 Gauge base, 6 gauge sides, end, and lids, 6) Open Mesh Pattern with 200Ib. Cap. /locker All participating firms must meet all standards requirements to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM. The locker shall be shipped to Indiana National Guard, 3614 Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47804. No installation required. All qualified respondents will be considered by the Government. Each Quote must have the following information: 1) Quote with delivery cost, 2) CAGE and DUNS number 3) Federal tax number 4) The company's point of contact information.
