This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is W912L9-19-U-0037, this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is to purchase hardware refresh for the audio visual equipment in the USPFO Conference Room, located at 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Requirements: 1. Statement of Work This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirements that Indiana National Guard USPFO is requesting for upgrading the USPFO Conference Room. 2. Video Screen will be 90" or greater and mounted on West wall of conference room. • Inputs: At least 3-HDMI, 1-VGA, 1-COAX Remove old projection screen and projector On west wall, video input for VGA and HDMI to connect to screen VTC capabilities using existing VTC Equipment Display and connect existing COAX TV feed Connections to laptop docking station for Video feed 3. Audio VOiP capabilities using speakers in ceiling VTC capabilities using existing VTC Equipment Connections to laptop docking station for Video feed Microphone system in the ceiling for VOiP calls 4. Management Touch Screen control on cabinet to control audio and visual equipment Video controller that can switch between multiple inputs and push to video screen Audio controller that can switch between multiple inputs and push to video screen How to guide for use of system Equipment installed in existing rack that is mounted on wall 5. Power UPS power backup for surge and power backup. 6. Vendors that are providing another solution or different specifications to accomplish the requirements must provide details in their proposal. Providing brochures is NOT sufficient enough to determine if your product meets the requirements. 7. The Buy American Act applies to all aspects of this requirement. 8. Must provide all product specifications you are using for this requirement for review to determine compliance. 9. Signing the solicitation and not providing required supporting documentation for your quote will rendered your quote as NOT meeting the requirement and will be disqualified. 10.
