This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9006 as an RFQ. 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 - Kids Youth Camp 4) A detailed description of the requirement and preferred location can be located in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Performance shall occur 22-27 June 2025. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information as dictated by the Statement of Work. 6) Quotes shall include the following: Company Name Street Address City, State, and Zip Remittance Address DUNS number CAGE Code UEI Tax ID Discount Terms 7) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government. The Government may accept "technically acceptable quotes" other than the lowest quote. 8) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 11 June 2025.
