This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9002 as an RFQ. This is a re-solicit of NGB-25-P-0000-007075. 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 - 2 ASVAB Improvement Coordinator's - One (1) shall be located in Lafayette, IN & one (1) at Camp Atterbury, IN CLIN 0002 - Travel (Does not need quoted) 4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully. 6) Quotes shall include the following: Company Name Street Address City, State, and Zip CAGE Code UEI Discount Terms 8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government. 9) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 21 March 2025.
