Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for conference room modernization to be completed/installed at Camp Atterbury, Indiana 46124. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. Requirements: (See attached “Specifications and "W912L9-24-R-00010" for clauses). Attached specifications are examples of equipment needed to update the audiovisual equipment in the conference room. Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information. UPDATED: Building Location: Building 17 is located across the street from the main gate entrance to Camp Atterbury. It is behind the Museum and conservation officer training trailers. Bld 17 is the fenced in compound outside the gate on Durbin street. The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements, and data prior to biding the project. Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the vendor. All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. The Indiana National Guard will be posting a requirement to add audio visual equipment to a training/conference room located at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh Indiana. The purpose of this posting is to determine availability of sources. All the following information is approximate and may be altered in the actual solicitation. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Indiana National Guard intends to issue a solicitation in the near future. Delivery/Installation will be at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana. The anticipated work includes, but is not limited to the following: Requirement will include: Displays, audio equipment to include an in-ceiling loudspeaker, microphones, video conferencing system, cameras, HDMI/USB extenders, installation, network integration, display configuration, audio configuration, camera calibration, functionality testing, user training, and system configuration documentation. The scope of work includes the procurement, installation, and configuration of the specified AV equipment for the Army training room upgrade. The installation will need to comply with TAA requirements and all equipment will need to be tested. Room configuration and equipment placement will need to be optimized for the mic and video area. Training/Conference room requirement(s): 98” diag, touch screen monitor (including mount and hardware) Qt 4, Ceiling mount loudspeakers Qt 2, Ceiling mount microphones above table Conference system w/ camera and controller. Dedicated device (Hardware and set up) to room that makes the room a team member with ability to invite (we understand the Teams license comes from J6) Any cabling and or switches involved in installation. All set up, installation, Cabling, hardware, documentation, testing, training material and compliance assurance. The delivery of non-secure fixed voice communications, wireless voice, data, and video connectivity services, and studio video conferencing services. Provides collaboration and messaging services, including services and tools for the workforce to communicate and share information. Includes application and web- hosting, operation, and management services required to support web and application hosting, desktop management support to include management and support for end-user hardware and software services and tools. Whether or not this acquisition will be set aside for small businesses is yet to be determined. Please further specify business size/type, confirm SAM registration.
