*****Please see attached solicitation for details. ****** The Indiana National Guard issues this Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in ... *****Please see attached solicitation for details. ****** The Indiana National Guard issues this Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR 13 and FAR 12 for the rental and service of Portable Chemical Toilets and Hand Wash Stations. The Service Contract Act applies. (see attached labor wage rate and U.S department of labor website) You must be up to date in SAM or you will need to fill out the appropriate sections of 52.212-3 (ONLY if you are not updated in SAM) This is a 24 hour a day military exercise. Vendor must be flexible and willing to accept modifications to this contract for additional or less services within the capabilities of the vendor. Vendor must be available weekends and off hour times for such services as emergencies and relocations. Government will try and keep service requests to a min of 10 units per vehicle trip or additional service trip charge will take effect. There is NO Waste Treatment Facility located at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC). The contractor is responsible for the disposal of all waste, off site, at contractor expense. No dumping of MUTC waste is allowed at Camp Atterbury. There is no governmnt water check valve located at MUTC therefore there is no water available at MUTC. ***** PLEASE FILL OUT ADDENDUM 52.212-1 **** The standard form 1449 (the solicitation) is the ONLY form that we need back. There is no need to send any additional data with your quote. * This office seeks to promote efficiency and economy in contracting and avoid unnecessary burdens for agencies and contractors. Quotations will be evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion. Formal evaluation plans and establishing a competitive range, conducting discussions, and scoring quotations are not required. Contracting offices may conduct comparative evaluations of offers.

The Indiana National Guard intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in... **** This is NOT a solicitation**** This is a pre-solicitation notice only in compliance with FAR part 5.2. The Indiana National Guard intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a contract in accordance with FAR 13 for Portable Chemical Toilets and Hand Wash Stations. The Service Contract Act applies. (see U.S department of labor website) We expect to publish a solicitation approximately MAR 15 2024. This contract will support a large military training exercise located at Muscatatuck Training Center (MUTC), Butlerville Indiana 47223 from April 10th through May 10th 2024 ONLY. There are no waste treatment facilities located at MUTC. No dumping is allowed. On-site water POTABLE water is available at an approved location at no cost to the Contractor. This water may not have a check valve / back flow preventer. We are currently looking into this and will provide an update. The contractor shall provide single sink hand washing units. However, because of the large number of sinks requested by the Government, vendor may provide, at no extra cost to the Government, dual sink units. It is up to the vendor to decide which unit is available for delivery and placement. Either type will be accepted. Vendor shall insure that dual sink and single sink fall under the same price. No extra costs associated with dual sink units will be allowed. Vendor must absorb any and all extra costs associated with providing dual sink units. There is a possibility that the number of services needed for this contract will change. Vendor should reasonably anticipate changes to this contract and consider any changes to the number of services needed to be within scope of this contract.. Any changes to this contract will be in the form of a supplemental agreement and will take into consideration the capabilities of the contractor. Portable Chemical Toilets = 422 rentals, 12,238 Clenaing services, (Min requirement of 10 cleanings or trip charge will apply. Hand Wash Stations = 143 rentals, 1342 cleaning services. (Min requirement of 10 cleanings or trip charge will apply) More information will be provided in the solicitation.
