This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-21-R-1234 as an RFQ 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 Yellow Ribbon Support Services 1 Job 4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that include meeting space, lodging, meals, audio/visual, and parking for the events. The attendance for the YRRP event is 350 total personnel. 4b) The YRRP Training Event venue must be within a 20-mile radius of zip code 46204 to the Event Location, but not located within tolls. The preferred location will be Carmel, IN. 4c) Meeting Rooms: The contractor shall provide 1 General Session room, 1 Breakout Session Rooms, 2 Counseling Rooms, 1 Registration Area, 2 Childcare Rooms, 1 Dining Rooms and 1 Storage Room. A more in depth requirement description is located within attached performance Work Statement. 4d) Lodging: The Contractor will provide lodging for Staff and Attendees for this Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Training Event. At a minimum, the lodging establishment will meet International Hospitality Association (IHA) Three Star rating criteria. The total estimated rooms for attendees, staff and presenters is broken down as follows: 50 Rooms on Friday 10 September 2021 (40 singles, 10 doubles). 4e) Food and Beverage: The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 11 September 2021 (350 Personnel). Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 350 servings per meal on Saturday at or below the per diem rate for meals. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 within attachement 4 must be reviewed and checked. 6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. 7) Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. local (eastern) time on 04 August 2021.
