This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is W912L9-19-U-0051, this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is to purchase Delta Equipment. See solicitation for items listing for details. 5. Vendors that are providing another solution or different specifications to accomplish the requirements must provide details in their proposal. Providing brochures is NOT sufficient enough to determine if your product meets the requirements. 6. The Buy American Act applies to all aspects of this requirement. 7. Must provide all product specifications you are using for this requirement for review to determine compliance. 8. Signing the solicitation and not providing required supporting documentation for your quote will rendered your quote as NOT meeting the requirement and will be disqualified. 10. Material cannot come from a barred are excluded country. 11. All material needs to be new. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
