Background: The Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) program is a strategic initiative approved by the National Guard Bureau (NGB). STEM Marketing and Advertising contracts are designed to expand student participation while simultaneously promoting a positive image of the INARNG, in order to generate enlisted leads and officer accessions, advertise and market a focused STEM marketing campaign, as well as gain high quality prospects and leads (SALs). Scope: The Indiana National Guard R&R Command requires a full-service event advertising service provider capable of providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment required to plan, create, design, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of event advertising and marketing within the state of Indiana. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for 12 months as follows: Base Year: 30 September 2019 - 29 September 2020. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the contract specialist within two (2) days of the posting.
