Non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform off-base injury prevention and mitigation, pre-habilitation services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the applicable fighter aircraft units. The Contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of fighter aircrew.
