The Army National Guard will be supporting the National Scout Jamboree being... Requesting information only regarding potential capable small businesses that can provide this service. This is not an RFQ! The Army National Guard will be supporting the National Scout Jamboree being held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve 19 July 2023 through 28 July 2023 and will require life support for up to 500 Soldiers. The contractor shall provide a self-sustaining base located at the Mount Jack/Garden Ground Area of the Summit Bechtel Reserve (SBR) and additional support tentage at the Combat Trains Command Post (CTCP) Victory (south region of Summit Bechtel Reserve 37°53'25.2"N 81°06'40.2"W), in Fayette County, WV, and additional support tentage at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport (RCMA) located in the surrounding area. Services will include: site design, preparation and maintenance (pre-, during, and post- award); food: delivery, prepared and served; potable water delivery and distribution; lodging for up to 500 personnel at the Mount Jack/Garden Ground Area; HVAC; generated power; lighting; cots; several support tents (dining, operational command, etc.); ice; latrines; black and grey water removal; showers; fuel for all contracted support equipment to maintain base; sinks; dumpsters; trash cans; trash removal; interior lighting for tents and exterior generated tower sets; and any other items listed below in full statement. All support equipment must be maintained with a minimum of 10% overage in case of failure/breakage. Downtime of any support equipment will not exceed 4 hours during any given time frame, in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Health and Safety regulations. Contractor representatives must be on site 24/7 to facilitate repairs and answer questions. Please respond back with capability statement and small business category.
