AMENDMENT 0001: Set Aside is changed from Woman Owned Small Business to Small Business; CLOSING changed to 31 August 2023 @ 4p.m. The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for Demarcation Relocation. This requirement is being requested lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) Brand Name or Equal. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed below. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. Offerors shall submit a maximum of the three most recent and relevant Government (Federal and DoD) contracts occurring within the past three years from the release date of the RFQ that are similar in size and scope to requirements of the RFQ. Offerors shall identify pertinent past history, which indicates that similar efforts of equal or greater complexity have been performed using the Offeror’s existing capability and demonstrate satisfaction of customer requirements. The Government plans to rely on existing documentation from Federal databases to the maximum extent practicable. Sources of existing information available to the Government include, but are not limited to, CPARS and FAPIIS. The Government may use past performance information obtained from sources other than those identified by the Offeror. Site Visit: There will be only one (1) site visit before bid closing. Date 24 August 10a.m.; 1001 Army Road, Kingwood, WV 26537. Visitors will be meet at the front Gate to sign the roster and be screened by Security. Mr. Aaron Miller will be at the gate at 0930a.m and will leave promptly at 1000 a.m.. Those not at the gate by 1000 hours will be turned away. From there they will be escorted to the Operations building for briefing and jobsite tour.
