Care Coordinators assist Case Management staff to ensure medical records are obtained, loaded into electronic medical records and hardcopy files. This will not be a new requirement. The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Non-Clinical Nurse Case Management Support Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with the corresponding size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will entertain other NAICS Codes.
