The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Full Food Support Services for DFAC. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 722310 Food Service Contractors with the corresponding size standard of $20.5 million. The Government will entertain other NAICS Codes. The WV Army National Guard is requesting Food Service (FSS) and Management & Food Production (M&FP) for the DFAC at Camp Dawson WV. The Contractor shall supply meals at a reasonable cost to all personnel training, visiting or staying at the West Virginia Army Training Site, Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV. The Contractor shall provide SUBSISTENCE-IN-KIND DINERS, NON-SIK DINERS. The Contractor shall provide meals to NON-SIK diners to include civilians and other personnel who have access to Camp Dawson. The contractor shall furnish sufficient number of personnel to efficiently accomplish work required by this contract. The Contractor shall ensure that all personnel are highly experienced, well trained, extremely qualified.
