The USPFO for West Virginia, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a signle firm fixed-price contract for AITEC Bombing Prevention Training Support Services. Support Services will consist of Instructor Facilitators. The due date for the questions submission has been revised to June 15, 2021. The RFP closing date is scheduled for June 25, 2021. The source selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.3 and DFARS Part 215.3, Source Selection Procedures. Evaluation factors include Technical, Past Performance and Cost/Price. The Government intends to award without discusssions. Interested offerors must be registered in the beta.SAM.gov website. To register go to https://beta.SAM.gov. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contracting Opportunties website. The Government is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to Contracting Opportunties website for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. The Army Interagency Training and Education Center (AITEC) currently executes bombing prevention training for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP). The contractor shall provide services for the delivery of Prevention and Preparedness training events as scheduled by the WVNG Team Leader through the contract training coordinator. The Contractor shall provide quality assurance assessments and instructor audits. Perform the delivery/facilitation and quality assurance assessment of prescribed bombing prevention training in a traditional face to face environment as well as on a virtual platform in order to enhance the counter-IED capabilities of Federal, State, local, tribal territories, and private sector partners through bombing prevention training, awareness, and information sharing,
