The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interst in and the resources to support this requirement for Medical Surveillance Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists). The government will entertain other NAICS codes. This is a non-personal services requirement for job-related Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services to the WVNG Full-Time Support(FTS) and or temporary personnel who are or could potentially be exposed to health hazards in the work environment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and quality control necessary to perform Medical Surveillance Services. The estimated number of personnel to be examined/tested is from a minimum of 20 to a moximum of 80 exams each year. The government has the right to increase and/or decrease the number of employees/military personnel and locations for service. There are up to 10 locations thoughout the state that requires this service. The number of locations is to TBD. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
