The WVARNG has a new requirement for installation of additional security camera(s) on the roof, a security system viewing station, an access control workstation in room 2106, and the addition of new hardware to existing maintenance/service plan that covers these systems. This will be a Firm Fixed Price service contract with a one (1) year maintenance and warranty of all new equipment and software. The Period of Performance (POP) for this requirement is 120 Days after award. The camera specifications shall meet or exceed the following; Minimum 2 Megapixels, 3mm - 9mm Vari-Focal Lens, Must have IR illumination providing 100ft low light viewing, all cameras and hardware must be compatable and integrated into Pelco Video Xpert security camera system. The Viewing Station must meet or exceed UL 2050 Certified, DIACAP Certified. The workstation specifications must meet or exceed the following; 500 GB Hard Drive, Include all required input devices (e.g. Mouse, Keyboard, etc.), must support Windows 10 or higher, Processorto be at least 3.2GHz, must have at least 32GB RAM, must have Pelco Video Xpert camera software and must be connected to the existing cameras. The new workstation must have the ability to conduct forensic investigations on Pelco Video Xpert. The viewing station must have the ability to distribute video for a minimum of three (3) monitors. The Government will be furnishing/providing the workspace for the contractor to perform services outlined in the attached PWS to include conference tables. The contractor shall possess or be eligible to receive and maintain a SECRET facility clearance from the Defense Security Services. The contractor’s employees performing work in support of this contract shall have been granted a SECRET security clearance from the Defense Industry Security Clearance Office. It will also define the desired response time, components covered, shipment or parts and equipment, and confidentiality. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as previously specified as Government Furnished, and as defined in the attached PWS.
