The USPFO for West Virginia, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Dental Case Manager Support Services. The RFP closing date is sceduled for July 26, 2019. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation (SF1449). The RFP and associated information will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website on-line at www.fbo.gov. FedBizOps is a web based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. The Governement is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the FedBizOps page for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the RFP. Websites are occasionally inaccessible due to various reasons. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity for for an offeror's inability to access the documents posted on the referenced web pages. The Government will not issue paper copies. All inquiries must be in writing, preferable via email to the persons specified in the RFP. All answears will be provided in writing via posting to the web. This is not a new requirment. These types of services have been procured in the past. The Dental Case Manager shall ensure that every West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) soldier is medically ready to execute his/her state and federal mission by identifying those Soldiers not meeting dental deployment standards, reviewing the treatment plan, and coordinating dental treatment to ensure that Soldiers meet dental deployment standards prior to mobilization. The Dental Case Manager shall work with the State Surgeon and his delegates to ensure proper management of dental assessments and treatments for all personnel assigned to the WVARNG. This will be a follow on contract. The current contract information is provided below. W912L8-14-F-0081, awarded on 10 September 2014, awarded to A-Team Solutions, LLC., as an 8(a) direct award.
