T... The USPFO for West Virginia, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Behavioral Health Support Services. Support Services will consist of a Counselor. The solicitation is attached to the pre-solicitation posted on June 24, 2019. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for July 24, 2019. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation (SF1449). The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website on-line at www.fbo.gov. FedBizOps is a web based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. The Government is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the FedBizOps page for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Websites are occasionally inaccessible due to various reasons. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the documents posted on the referenced web pages. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) has a requirement to ensure the medical readiness of approximately 4,000 Service Members by providing services directly promoting comprehensive medical readiness and ensuring global deployability. When emotional and behavioral problems are identified, the BHC will be charged with understanding the nature of the problems, connecting the service member with available resources, and monitoring the service member's compliance to, progress in, and outcomes of treatment. Coordinate with Soldiers to provide information, referral, outreach, and support services to all soldiers within the WVARNG. Make accurate assessments of service members' mental status. This assessment may be conducted with limited available collateral information and with service members who have a vested interest in appearing well. This will be a follow on contract.
