THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) has a requirement to ensure the medical readiness of approximately 4,000 Service Members by providing services directly promoting comprehensive medical readiness and ensuring global deployability. When emotional and behavioral problems are identified, the BHC will be charged with understanding the nature of the problems, connecting the service member with available resources, and monitoring the service member's compliance to, progress in, and outcomes of treatment. Coordinate with Soldiers to provide information, referral, outreach, and support services to all soldiers within the WVARNG. Make accurate assessments of service members' mental status. This assessment may be conducted with limited available collateral information and with service members who have a vested interest in appearing well. This will be a follow on contract. The current contract information is provided below. W912L8-14-F-0078, awarded on 10 September 2014, awarded to A-Team Solutions, LLC., as an 8(a) direct award.
