The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price to Comcast of Nashville Inc for Cable Services for USPFO Nashville, VTS Smyrna. The Period of Performance (POP) 26 MARCH 2023 – 25 MARCH 2024. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 516120 – Television BroadcastingStations, with a size standard of $41.5 million dollars. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is based upon follow-on contract for the continued service requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
