The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources interested in Medical Laboratory Testing Services In Support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) for the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG). The contractor shall pick up samples from the designated TNARNG locations. TNARNG must have the capability to download the test results within two (2) business days after picked up. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting the Sources Sought Information Request Form. Tennessee National Guard may issue a solicitation and award. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote no later than March 15, 2022. Responses, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to submit a quote, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) and (3) a listing of Past Performance completed by company during the past three(3) years, both for government and private industry.
