SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Tennessee National Guard – UTS Light Sets prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and this is the written solicitation. Solicitation number W912L7-21-Q-0541 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 effective date 07/12/2021. This requirement is being advertised Small Business Set-Aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills with a size standard of 500 number of employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this Agency. Offers are due in this office no later than 3 SEPT 2021 at 11:00 AM Central Time.
