This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and this is the written solicitation. Solicitation number W912L7-20-R-0008 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 effective 03 August 2020.
