The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources interested in providing cloth face mask to the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG). This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting a positive statement of intent to submit an offer. Response shall be provided via email to sinamar.b.benauro.civ@mail.mil . All interested parties will provide this office, in writing a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote no later than 30 April 2020 at 9:00 am central time. Include the following in the subject line- Sources Sought W912L720Q1407. Also please provide your DUNS and Cage code number. No facsimile responses will be honored. Please note any industry applicable changes or details in your response that may enhance the future solicitation. The following information is subject to change: Quantity= 500 Salient characteristics 1. Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face. 2. Be secured with ties, ear loops, or wrap-around fabric 3. Include multiple layers of fabric. Minimum 3 layers. 4. Allow for breathing without restriction. 5. Be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape. 6. Colors should be "Earth Tone" (Army: black, olive green, brown, tan; Air: black, sage green, coyote brown). 7. In addition to CDC requirements, service recommendations are Anti-Microbial Technology and Durable through a minimum of 75 home launderings. 8. Berry Compliant, USA 9.
