This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-02, effective 23 December 2019. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed price contract. Questions are due no later than January 17, 2020 10:00 AM Central time. This solicitation is Unrestricted.
