REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office for the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Dr. Nashville, TN, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a size standard of $38.5 Million. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract. This solicitation is set aside for small business. Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.
