There is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice. If a solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized in a location to be determined. It is the potential business concerns responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. This effort is to seek qualified sources capable of fulfilling the requirements to provide a quantity of three (3) each Punching Bag Boxing Arcade Machines with Custom Graphics in support of the Tennessee Army National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion’s recruiting events. The Tennessee Army National Guard has a potential requirement for the procurement of a quantity of three (3) each Punching Bag Boxing Arcade Machines with Custom Graphics in support of the Tennessee Army National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion’s recruiting events. Please see the draft purchase description and salient characteristics outlined in attachment 1. The currently contemplated NAICS code is 339930 Doll, Toy and Game Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 700 employees. Describe subcontracting services previously utilized. If you are a small business, explain how you would conduct 51% of the work if this requirement was set aside for small businesses. c. Describe how your current commercial/federal contracts are structured. 3.
