This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). This SOURCES SOUGHT is to help determine interested vendors, along with type of small business set aside (if any) that can be established. If you are interested in this opportunity, please send a email to eric.a.bolin.mil@mail.mil indicating your socio-economic status and a short narrative demonstrating your firms ability to perform this requirement The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) will be conducting a XCTC Mission in Ft. Hood Texas with approximate dates of 15 June 2021 thru 22 August 2021. DATES are NOT confirmed at this point and can change by time solicitation is released) The requirements of the XCTC mission will be for the vendor to provide a turnkey solution to provide life support areas at North Fort Hood (TA-60) and South Fort Hood (TA-40) for up to 4,000 Soldiers. This turnkey operation will include the set up and tear down of Sleeping Tents, portable chemical latrines, stationary latrines and showers, hand washing stations, generator power, light sets, laundry facilities, garbage removal, gray and black water removal. More requirements could come about by time the solicitation is released. The contractor must be able to read a 10 digit grid coordinate to be able to stage chemical latrines and light sets. Contractor must be able to provide a project manager for the COR and the contracting office to reach out to at anytime, and to provide 24 support if needed. Additionally, in your reply, indicate whether or not you could cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for up to 200 Soldiers.
