TN National Guard intends to sole source TADSS Maintenance to Raydon. IAW FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This equipment was originally manufactured by the Raydon corporation, they hold proprietary rights to manufacture the repair parts for this equipment.
