The entire roof membrane blew off the high bay portion of the existing structure.This justification is prepared for a new firm fixed price construction contract for the emergency roof repair to building 736 located at the 118th Wing, Nashville ANG Base, Nashville, TN. This project includes sole source for the installation of roof system damaged from storms. The project was not solicited due to the nature of the repair being necessitated by an emergency.
