This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-R-7225 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 dated February 23, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 4. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721214 – Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds), size standard of $9M, Product Service Code (PSC) is G003 – Social Recreational. 5. The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) PURCHASE ORDER as follows: CONTRACT LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 OKARNG Child & Youth Camp 1 JOB Period of Performance: 9-13 July 2024 6. The contractor shall provide a fully functional residential camp facility, food, personnel, nurse, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform activities for children, ages nine (9) through eighteen (18) in the state of Oklahoma for a five (5) day, (4) night residential camp. NOTE: PLACE OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE AT THE OFFEROR'S PROPOSED LOCATION. 7. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-R-7225. 8. Delivery and Acceptance will be at the event location, FOB Destination. 9. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition, to include any addenda to the provision. 10. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this solicitation and any addenda to this clause. 11. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this solicitation and all the clauses marked within this clause are applicable to this solicitation and the awarded contract.
