This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-R-3856 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 4. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721214 – Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds), size standard of $9M, Product Service Code (PSC) is G003 – Social Recreational. 5. The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) PURCHASE ORDER as follows: LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 OKARNG Child & Youth Camp 1 JOB Facility and Program Service The Offeror will have flexibility for the date(s) to price for a single event. This may help with availability issues. The date range is: 9-13 July 2024 or 10-13 July 2024 6. The contractor shall provide a fully functional residential camp facility, food, personnel, nurse, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform activities for children ages nine (9) through eighteen (18) in the state of Oklahoma for a five (5) day, four (4) night or four (4) day, three (3) night residential camp facility. 7. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-R-3856. 8. Delivery and Acceptance will be at the event location, FOB Destination. 9.
