The purpose of this amendment is to provide an answer to a question, include the Wage Determiantion, and extend the proposal due date. 2) QUESTION: "In reviewing Sheet 1 of the Price Proposal, I noted a reference to a 2-day event and the selection of a specific location. However, this seems to contradict the information I have regarding the dining hall situated in the barracks of Camp Dodge." ANSWER: The instruction tab/sheet has been removed from the "Price Proposal" form to be submitted with the Offeror's proposal. A revised "Price Proposal" form has been uploaded for use. 3). Camp Dodge, IA is located in Polk County IA. The Wage Determination 2015-4979 has been uploaded for this requirement. 4). The proposal due date has been extended two (2) days. The due date is now 28 Mar 2024 by 1:00 p.m. CST by email to Candace O'Brian, candace.i.obrian.civ@army.mil and Harvetta Taylor, harvetta.r.taylor,civ@army.mil . 5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-R-2442 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 4. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722320 – Caterers with a Small Business size standard of $9M. 5. The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) PURCHASE ORDER as follows: Line Item Description Quantity Unit of Measure 0001 Catered Meal Service 1 Job 6. Contractor shall provide all personnel/staffing, eat ware, cups, napkins, serving utensils and equipment, set-up, material, arrangements, scheduling, menus, and incidentals for meals to be prepared and served to the OK Army National Guard Service Members at Camp Dodge in Iowa in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Estimated number of breakfast meals is 790 and the dinner meal is 840. Members of the OKARNG shall not be tasked to serve meals provided by the Contractor. 7. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-R-2442. 8. Delivery and Acceptance will be at the event location, FOB Destination. 9.
