The purpose for this amendment is to remove the justification that is not applicable for this advertising/marketing requirement and attach the correct single source justification. 2. This amendment does not extend the date and time for the proposal due date. ************************* END OF AMENDMENT 0001 *************************** The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) has a marketing and advertising requirement for the 2024-2025 academic school year. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-R-0563 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 3. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541810 – Advertising Agencies, Product Service Code (PSC) R701 - Support-Management: Advertising. 4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-R-0563. 5. Delivery and Acceptance will be at Oklahoma City, OK 73141, FOB Destination. 7.
