Events and programs are designed to assist the children of Service Members, as well as family members, and provide methods to build, learn, and share with each other as it pertains to being a military child. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is W912L6-23-R-0002 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the Government’s intent to award MULTIPLE Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), up to three (3), for Recreational and Vacation Camps Services for the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) Family Programs. The multiple awards will create a pool of Contractor’s to create a competitive environment for this requirement for each event. The BPAs will have a performance period of a base year and three (3) 1-year ordering periods. 6. Award shall be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation to the Contractors who demonstrate that they will meet or exceed the technical requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as in the mock scenarios. 7. (b) Electronic invoicing.
