INTRODUCTION: The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting Market Research to identify companies having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the “Hearing Room Remodel/Alteration Project”. The intention is to procure on a competitive basis. A formal site visit will be hosted at the time of solicitation. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Responses to this notice will be used for Market Research purposes only. The Government is NOT obligated to and will NOT pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow up information requests. The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this notification or information provided as a result of this request. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market research/survey. Any solicitation that may be issued will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website and no paper copies will be provided. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Background: N/A Incumbent Contractor: N/A Performance Requirement: The Contractor shall provide remodel/add/alter/modification experience in support of the Hearing Room project. Further detail is provided in the draft SOW. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform, please complete and submit the attached documents (W912L621-HRRAP-OK Experience Data Form and W912L621-HRRAP-OK Ktr Info Form). Please complete up to 5 of the experience form for each contract awarded to your company relevant to this project. Upon evaluation of the submitted documents, if it is determined that this requirement will be an unrestricted competition, the Government intends to evaluate the Small-Business responses and conduct further market research to identify a subcontracting goal. Sources Sought Response: Responses to this Sources Sought shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Harvetta Taylor, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email harvetta.r.taylor.civ@mail.mil not later than (NLT) January 05, 2021 by or before 2:00 p.m. CST. Include the following information in the subject line of your email: Sources Sought - Hearing Room Add/Remodel/Alteration. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist identified above.
