Introduction: This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY as a means of conducting market survey/research to identify companies that is interested in and have the resources to support this requirement for Behavioral Health Support Services located in Oklahoma at three locations (Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton). Responses to this notice will be used for marketing purposes only. The Government is NOT obligated to and will NOT pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow up information requests. The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this notification or information provided as a result of this request. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market research/survey. Any solicitation that may be issued will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website and no paper copies will be provided. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The information requested in this notice will be used to determine if there is sufficient socioeconomic small business concerns that are capable of performing the work described for the requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small business or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Background: The Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) has significantly increased the operations and deployments within the OKARNG and has placed additional strain and requirements on our Service Members (SM) and their families. Increased deployments and missions locally and around the globe have required SMs to be deployed more frequently, for longer periods in high physical and mental stress operations. Additional resources and programs are required to increase the OKARNG medical readiness. OKARNG leadership requires support to identify and quantify the magnitude and status of medical readiness across all Army National Guard units in the State of Oklahoma.
