This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma Army National Guard / Recruiting and Retention Battalion (OKARNG / RRB) at USPFO in Oklahoma intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for a strategic advertising initiative for branding and marketing through a partnership with Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) championship events. This solicitation is being issued as Sole Source direct award W912L6-26-Q-A001, for a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
