Recruiters are active in their communities, building relationships with schools and other organizations to find qualified candidates who are looking for a way to serve their country and state. The objective is to leverage the high visibility of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) championship events to increase brand recognition, generate qualified leads, and support the RRB's overall recruiting mission.
