This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial deliveries of food items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. The Offeror is required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://sam.gov . The solicitation number is W912L6-25-R-A005 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17th, 2025. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR . The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for the food items and deliveries. The Offeror’s technical proposal will be evaluated “Acceptable” or “Unacceptable”. An award will be made resulting from this RFP to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is conforming to the RFP found in the attached Instructions to Offerors. The Offerors shall submit a technical proposal that will demonstrate the capability of providing the food items and deliveries in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, incidentals, and supervision for the delivery of food items to support the training units at Camp Gruber, OK from 4-9 June 2025 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 424410, General Line Grocery Merchant Wholesaler; Product Service Code (PSC) is 8945, Food, Oils, and Fats. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-25-R-A005. Provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition, to include any addenda to the provision.
