The purpose of this amendment is to provide the answer to a question received during the time frame for questions, as follows: QUESTION: "If you could please ask your customer if we can get a manufacture or part numbers for this quote request it would really help us get this quote completed." The proposal due date is extended to 22AUG2024 to be received by 1:00 p.m. CST. *******************END OF AMENDEMENT 1********************************************** 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-R-4539 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 4. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333998 - All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing and with a Product or Service Code (PSC) 9999 – Miscellaneous Items. 5. The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the following items: CONTRACT LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 Air Pumps 2 EACH 0002 Closed Hood Style Respirator assembles 4 EACH 0003 Portable CO Monitors 2 EACH 0004 CO Calibration Kit 2 EACH 0005 50FT of Airline w/ applicable fittings to support 4 users 1 EACH 0006 Gas Capability Air Quality Monitor, User worn 2 EACH 6. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-R-4539. 7. Delivery and Acceptance will be at Lexington, OK 73051, FOB Destination. 8. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition, to include any addenda to the provision. 9. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this solicitation and any addenda to this clause. 10. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this solicitation and all the clauses marked within this clause are applicable to this solicitation and the awarded contract. Included in this combined synopsis solicitation is an attachment of all the provisions and clauses by reference and full text. 11.
