The Oklahoma Army National Guard is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all services listed below. The intent is to provide Soldiers with a means to conduct mandatory Army training requirements and training of opportunity that are identified by all levels of leadership. The ability to conduct the training should allow the Soldier the easiest means to access and complete the training by being able to complete the training on personal phones, tablets and computers. The following are a very broad list of training requirements that are of interest. a. Utilizing a broad point of entry (cell phones, tablets, personal computers, etc) b. Ability to upload training documents (course material and quizzes) c. Ability of user to direct delivery of results of training, to include quiz scores, certificates, etc. to specific unit or POC – drop down menu d. SME support e. Time accounting / ability to pause training, save, and return without losing place in training (Soldier should not have to start over) 2.
