Components must mai... The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advantor Systems. The requirement is for the upgrade of the Intrusion Detection System. Components must maintain full functionality with already owned/installed softward and hardware. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request forcompetitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and the following clauses: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, and 52.232-18. The full text of the referenced FAR clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/. -The 137 OG Intelligence Squadrons are in need of the following to enhance the security of building 1050: -Expand the current IDS system to include additional cameras -Additional camerast to the existing CCTV system to include and additional camera on the east Roof, on camera in the North hall and two cameras in the South hall. One of the two cameras in the South hall should be direct feed to a monitor in the Man Trap. The wiring outside the secure area must be in electrical EMT conduit. -Installation of all items will be needed as well. **Please see attached drawings and J&A for further guidance**
