The Delaware Army National Guard 193rd RTI has a requirement to feed students for various training courses. The contractor shall provide all subsistence, paper goods, sanitation supplies, and labor required to accomplish meal preparation and serving in accordance with this attached PWS. Contracted personnel will prepare meals at their facility, transport and serve prepared meals at Bethany Beach Training Site. The Meals will be prepared utilizing fresh ingredients, and the menu may consist of Hot, Cold (Sandwich Meal), or both types of meals. Emphasis should be placed on nutritional value. The period of performance is 20 October 2025 - 18 September 2026. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced award. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
