The Delaware Army National Guard requires a contractor to provide all food, supplies, and labor to prepare and serve meals for students at training courses. Meals, which must be nutritionally focused and made from fresh ingredients, will be prepared at the contractor's facility and served at the Bethany Beach Training Site. The period of performance is from 20 October 2025 to 18 September 2026. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price award based on best value. No contract award will occur until appropriated funds are made available.
