Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This solicitation is for Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examination Services for up to 75 Delaware Army National Guard civilian employees. The services will be performed at installations in Sussex and New Castle Counties, Delaware. The initial performance timeframe for the services is from 5 May 2025 to 18 June 2025, with a contract award expected by mid-April. Providers are permitted to hold a valid, unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory to practice at the specified military installations.
