A commercial design-build solution is sought to furnish and install industrial-grade storage systems—including fixed selective pallet racks, secure wire mesh partition cages, and heavy-duty static boltless steel shelving—in a newly constructed, unoccupied storage building for the Delaware Army National Guard. The work will be performed at 1401 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 2:00 PM ET at the facility. A hard-copy as-built drawing set will be available for viewing during the site visit, and a PDF version can be requested online after company vetting.
