OSHKOSH FMTVA 1P2 (Hydraulics and HEMTT Wrecker Recovery Training)
The Delaware Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified commercial sources for specialized on-site troubleshooting and recovery training on FMTV A1P2 and HEMTT platforms at its maintenance facilities in New Castle, Delaware. The training would consist of an 8-day curriculum: five days for FMTV electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and three days for HEMTT heavy wrecker recovery. Contractors must provide all instructional personnel, materials, and software support, as the government cannot share proprietary OEM schematics. Vendors must confirm they hold the legal data rights to deliver OEM-compliant training that preserves vehicle warranties and meets safety standards. This notice is for market research only and does not commit the government to a future solicitation or contract award.
