The WYNG has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Lodging for Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD), Inactive-Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), Yellow Ribbon Events, and other mission related happenings in the following locations: 1. Cheyenne, WY (up to five (5) hotels) 2. Afton, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 3. Evanston, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 4. Rock Springs, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 5. Lander, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 6. Worland, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 7. Wheatland, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 8. Cody, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 9. Powell, WY (up to two (2) hotels) 10. Gillette, WY (up to two (2) hotels) The WYNG intends to enter into a multiple award BPA for each location for a period of up to two years (approx. Oct 2021 to Oct 2023). Lodging facilities must be within twenty (20) road miles of the towns listed above.
