The contractor shall provide all labor and materials, except Government Furnished Property, to manage and operate a Full Food Service dining facility for Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The contractor shall use existing commercial practices for existing and maturing concepts, responsibilities, policy, and implementing procedures. The Contractor performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the performance work statement, and according to the professional standards established by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service and the National Restaurant Association.
