The contractor shall use existing commercial practices for existing and maturing concepts, responsibilities, policy, and implementing procedures. All questions (RFIs) were received and answered (see attachments). This amendment is to revise set aside to 100% SMALL BUSINESS and to extend proposal due date to Tues, 13 Oct. Ensure you submit a signed/acknowledged SF30 along with your proposal.
